Ingredients
2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves
¼ teaspoon chopped ginger
1 green chilly
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Method
Grind the ingredients together into a fine paste with a little water.
After popping Cornella Butter Salted Popcorn as per the pack instructions place it in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in the chutney and serve immediately.
