Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoons full fat milk
2 tablespoons icing sugar

Method
Whip the butter and sugar together add in the cocoa powder and continue to whisk.
Pour in the milk and cream and mix well until a pouring consistency is achieved.
Pop Cornella Butter Salted Popcorn as per the pack instructions and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in the ganache mixture and serve.
Alternatively the ganache can be prepared by adding hot cream and milk to chopped cooking chocolate and whisking until well mixed.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
100 ml condensed milk

Method
After popping Cornella Butter Salted Popcorn as per the pack instructions place it in a large mixing bowl.
Combine butter, sugar and condensed milk in a saucepan on low heat, stir continuously until mixture comes to a boil.
Pour the caramel over the popcorn a little at a time and mix well until popcorn is well and evenly coated.
