Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
100 ml condensed milk
Method
After popping Cornella Butter Salted Popcorn as per the pack instructions place it in a large mixing bowl.
Combine butter, sugar and condensed milk in a saucepan on low heat, stir continuously until mixture comes to a boil.
Pour the caramel over the popcorn a little at a time and mix well until popcorn is well and evenly coated.
